The pupils have had a very busy start to the school year. They have participated in European Week of Sport, Skip Around the World, Maths Week, Buddy Reading and received certificates for excellent attendance as well as having a Movie Day and a Pumpkin Party organised by our wonderful Parents’ Association.

To mark Friendship Week, the children participated in ‘buddy reading’ to encourage friendships between the Junior Room and the Senior Room.

Our Parents’ Association organised a very exciting ‘PJ and Movie Day’ for all the pupils to enjoy on Friday 11th October. A big thank you to Cian Mulligan from Golf Ireland who delivered a ‘Golf Taster Session’ to the senior room pupils at the start of October. The pupils had a great time and really enjoyed learning a new skill!
On Tuesday 18th June the whole school went on a visit to Belturbet Fire Station. The fire officers showed us all the different parts of the fire engine as well as the all rooms in the fire station. The pupils really enjoyed themselves and were treated to ice cream on their return to school!
